Complete your paid reservation for your booth early and have first pick for your booth location.

• Booth space is 10' x 10' (based on fire marshal approval) exhibitor booth regular rate is $525, if you reserve before August 15, 2023.   

• Within 14 calendar days of payment, a full refund will be honored. Between 15 calendar days from the date of payment and 31 calendar days before the conference, the booth rental minus a $100.00 processing fee will be refunded.

• Thirty (30) calendar days before the conference, no refunds will be made. Reserve your space today, and be prepared to Tweet #TXCSS2023.

• Show dates are October 27 & 28, 2023

• Move in will be October 26, 2023

• Move out will be October 28, 2023.  Starting at 3:30 pm

3. Secure your room reservations with TXCSS 2023. Conference Rate is $154.00 for S/D, Trip and Quad occupancy.

5. Nearest Airport information: Hobby 13 Miles/George Bush 18 Miles

6. Make your travel plans…and see ya there!
