TXCSS has been impacted by the inflation of all cost across the board. The 2024 booth reservation rate increase is the 1st significant increase in rate since 2014.

Complete your paid reservation for your booth early and have first pick for your booth location.

• Booth space is 10' x 10' (based on fire marshal approval) exhibitor booth regular rate is $620, if you reserve before August 15, 2024.

• Exhibitor representatives included inside conference app as attendee/contact.  

• Within 14 calendar days of payment, a full refund will be honored. Between 15 calendar days from the date of payment and 31 calendar days before the conference, the booth rental minus a $100.00 processing fee will be refunded.

• Thirty (30) calendar days before the conference, no refunds will be made. Reserve your space today, and be prepared to Tweet #TXCSS2024.

• Show dates are November 1 & 2, 2024

• Move in will be October 31, 2024

• Move out will be November 1, 2024  Starting at 3:30 pm
